for example, the largest manufacturer of earthmoving equipment in the world, a
paper manufacturing group and resins producer. In each of these examples we
have led procurement transformation initiatives across the enterprise and
delivered real and sustainable reductions in the cost of manufacture by working
with client personnel.
We have experience in more than 200 manufacturing categories, including direct
and indirect purchased items. We are experienced in working within six sigma
environments, integrating the procurement improvements seamlessly with the six
sigma processes. We also support the automation of procurement processes and
the integration of these into our clients ERP systems to deliver a complete
solution that encompasses both e-Procurement and e-Sourcing.
